Carolyne Galvao wins the Emile Chouriet Prize of the Prix de Lausanne.

During the 46th edition of the Prix de Lausanne, which took place 28 January-4 February, eight young dancers were awarded to salute their performance. Carolyne Galvao, a 17-year-old ballerina from Brazil, won the Emile Chouriet Prize. This distinction consists of a scholarship that will allow her to further perfect her training, in one of the prestigious partner institutions of the Prix de Lausanne. In addition to the official jury, which includes nine leading personalities from the dance world, Carolyne also convinced spectators and viewers of the competition, who awarded her the Audience Award.

The Emile Chouriet manufactory is very proud to contribute to the support of this young dancer; her talent will take very far, on stages around the world.
