IWC The brand becomes a partner of the Zurich Film Festival
Inauguration of a photo exhibition by photographer Peter Lindbergh and actress Cate Blanchett
Seven brand ambassadors wearing tuxedos and evening dresses were spotted in Portofino in May this year, walking around the magnificent gardens of the historic La Cervara abbey. Their animated conversation distracted from the fact that they were actually in the middle of a photoshoot for a new campaign for IWC Schaffhausen, posing for the renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh.
In Zurich today, the brand announced its new partnership with the Zurich Film Festival by inaugurating a photo exhibition displaying some of the images from this shoot in the presence of the photographer himself and one of the stars of the new campaign, Cate Blanchett.
Entitled "Timeless Portofino", the exhibition shows stars from the cinema and fashion wearing the latest models from the Schaffhausen brand (which will be revealed on WorldTempus on Monday).

The renowned German photographer and the Swiss manufacture once again joined forces in a project that captures, condenses and mixes the sophisticated elegance of the Portofino collection with some remarkable photography.
Cate Blanchett supports film makers worldwide and was a member of the jury at the Dubai International Film Festival in 2012 and 2013. Cate posed for Peter Lindbergh in 2012 and 2013 as well as for the last Portofino photoshoot in 2010.
