As we reveal in our preview of 2016 published today, the attributes given to the monkey in this coming Chinese Year of the Monkey are the perfect mix required for what is likely to be a difficult but no less eventful year.

With only two weeks to go before the first highlight of the year, the SIHH at Palexpo in Geneva, which starts on 18 January, we bring the first previews this week from Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC, as well HYT as one of the nine newcomers in the Carré des Horlogers.

You can expect even greater coverage from the world’s biggest watch shows as we welcome four new fine watchmaking brands as partners on the site for 2016. Two of our original founding members, Audemars Piguet and Parmigiani, return, as does Jaeger-LeCoultre, meaning that all of the 15 major brands exhibiting at the SIHH now place their trust in WorldTempus. The arrival of Ulysse Nardin brings another Basel heavyweight to the site and complete the presence of the Kering Group’s luxury watch brand portfolio on WorldTempus.

We are delighted to get the year off to such as positive start and look forward to following these new partner brands, along with our 73 other partners through the year to come.
