Raymond Weil Three-year extension of BRIT Awards partnership

Raymond Weil has extended its partnership as Official Watch & Timing Partner to the UK's premier music awards ceremony.

At the same time as launching its new tango classic range, Raymond Weil used this year's BRIT Awards to announce a three-year extension to the brand's partnership with the UK's première music awards. Raymond Weil will thus remain Official Watch & Timing Partner to the BRIT Awards until 2019.

Raymond Weil has close links with the world of music, since the owning family are all talented musicians, and the brand has previously worked on collaborations with Emeli Sande, Labrinth, Tinie Tempah, Pixie Lott, Katy B and James Bay. The Geneva-based watch brand has a been a partner to the BRIT Awards for the past 14 years, launching a number of special edition watches specifically for the awards. These strictly limited watches are also presented to winners, nominees, presenters and performers every year.

“We are very pleased to have extended our partnership with The BRIT Awards for a further three years. The awards ceremony is a fantastic platform for us to communicate our passion for music, which inspires all elements of our brand. Our new tango classic collection will be launched at this BRIT Awards with a tailored marketing strategy supporting this year’s ceremony to be communicated across all channels especially social and digital.” – Says Elie Bernheim, CEO – RAYMOND WEIL

The brand

At the time of the Brand’s creation in 1976, Raymond Weil wanted to bring luxury Swiss watchmaking within the reach of a wider public. This visionary approach, always dear to the three generations, has enabled the Brand to develop internationally, within the space of only a few decades.
