Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons host a unique exhibition of the world’s most innovative brands during highly anticipated five-day event in Dubai.

Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons—the Middle East’s largest luxury watch retailer— is set to host a rare exhibition -‘The Rebels of Horology’- a five-day event in Dubai, in collaboration with a select number of the world’s finest independent watch brands during the inaugural Dubai Watch Week (DWW).

The exhibition will celebrate recent innovations by legendary independent watchmakers including Bovet, Cabestan, De Bethune, Greubel Forsey, Hautlence, Laurent Ferrier, MB&F, H. Moser & Cie, Richard Mille and Urwerk S.A.

‘The Rebels of Horology’ exhibition will take viewers through a journey of discovery into the passion and dedication of each participating brand, demonstrated by watches that embody innovation and creativity. The exhibition includes truly exceptional horological machines created out of each artisanal master’s imagination to test the boundaries of traditional watchmaking.

During DWW, The Rebels of Horology provides a platform to educate each visitor about the fundamentals of independent watchmaking, in which each limited edition is made from scratch. From the inception of the watch to the usage of simple tools such as files and screwdrivers to create and shape such complex mechanics, to the final hand-polishing, the exhibition explores the bespoke qualities inherent in the creation of independent watch brands and their popularity among truly serious watch connoisseurs.
