In just three editions, Watches&Wonders has emerged as the must-see event for Fine Watchmaking in the Asia-Pacific region.
When the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) Exhibitors Committee organised Watches&Wonders in Hong Kong in 2013, it created the very first exhibition of fine watches in Asia for end customers and the Asian press. The latest edition of the fair, in September 2015, welcomed more than 20,000 visitors including 800 journalists from across the continent, an increase of 25% on the previous year.
Building on this success in Asia, the organisers of Watches&Wonders will examine possibilities for duplicating the concept in other world regions, alternating with Hong Kong.
They have decided that Watches&Wonders will continue its successful run in Asia every other year, making it a Biennial. The next edition will be from September 27th to 30th 2017 in Hong Kong.
