Cartier The Calibre de Cartier Diver hits the water in Geneva
Cartier chose the Société Nautique in Geneva for the launched of its first diver's watch, the Calibre de Cartier Diver on 26 June.
The event organised by Cartier offered some 200 guests the chance to discover the three new models, in gold, steel/gold and steel on rubber of the Calibre de Cartier Diver, one of the thinnest diver's watches on the market.
Masculine, everyday and extreme all at the same time, this watch combines the Cartier style and the technical constraints imposed by the ISO 6425 standard that governs the "diver's watch" appellation.
Characterised by audacity and inventiveness, Cartier’s watchmaking history reflects a unique state of mind: “jeweller of kings and king of jewellers”. Its renown is bound up in the tradition of excellence to which it is heir. Cartier was a forerunner in the use of platinum in jewellery and one of the pioneers of watchmaking.Find out more
