In the setting of the famous high-end resort in the Swiss Alps, at Crans-Montana, on 6, 7 and 8 August 2015, Hublot held its Football Summer Camp. The aim of the Football Summer Camp was to train young footballers, in order to instil in them the rules governing the world of professional football, of which they dream so ardently. It was the children of our customers, our journalist friends or even our employees, who were the privileged recipients of precious advice from Michel Pont, Hublot football consultant and former right-hand man to the coach of the Swiss national team. The whole event took place on a Hublot branded football pitch, in the marvellous setting of the Alpine resort.
The young players had the opportunity to receive 3 days of training, putting into practice the renowned Coever method, used for example by Ajax Amsterdam, of which Hublot is a partner. This method has now been used for more than 30 years by the biggest football clubs. It has demonstrated that it is possible to develop attacking skills in the tightest defences through specific training. The Coever method also helps develop players' individual qualities, to enable them to be confident and creative in the thick of a match.
