Les Grandes Heures Automobiles - Laurent Ferrier
On 25, 26 & 27 September, more than 200 legendary vehicles will be on the Linas-Montlhéry motor-racing track.

Laurent Ferrier took part seven times in the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours race, before coming 3rd in the overall rankings in 1979. In 1976, that was where he met François Servanin, an industrialist and racing driver himself, who will become the major shareolder of Laurent Ferrier. In 1977, they teamed up with Franz Hummel, which will sign the beginning of a long friendship.

This is not only to celebrate this friendship but also to reconnect with pleasure with his passion that Laurent Ferrier himself wished to be the official partner of this great event. During the last weekend in September, the Linas-Montlhéry motor-racing track will host a quite exceptional event.

One of the founders of the Rondes Hivernales, the organiser of the 24 Heures sur Glace ice-racing events between 1974 and 2004 and, more recently, the Week-Ends De l’Excellence Automobile events in Reims from 2007 to 2010, and with motor racing records in Africa, it is Franz Hummel himself who takes up the challenge of organising such a prestigious event on this legendary track, so close to Paris.
