2017 Longines Spring Classic of Flanders

Team Germany captured 2017 Longines Spring Classic of Flanders.

Once again, the FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping presented by Longines Europe Division 1 league opened in Lummen, Belgium, home of the 2015 champions. 5 teams competed for points towards the FEI Nations Cup™ Jumping Final 2017. This first leg out of 8 qualifying in Europe Division 1 was won by team Germany, represented by Andre Thieme on Conthendrix, Maurice Tebbel on Chaccos' Son, Holger Wulschner on BSC Skipper  and Mario Stevens on Baloubet. On Sunday, Steve Guerdat (SUI) on Hannah dominated the Longines Grand Prix and received an elegant Longines watch for his victory.

As the Official Watch of the 2017 Longines Spring Classic of Flanders edition, Longines presented a lady model of the Longines Equestrian Collection, inspired by the rectangular buckle on the show bridle of the only Swiss horse breed, the Franches-Montagnes.
