The BMW Berlin Marathon was held on 27th of September 2015. It is the fastest marathon course of the Abbot World Marathon Major Series. This year a grand total of 41.224 runners set off the marathon, cheered on by about a million spectators pass the historic Brandenburger Tor.
The Kenyan runners Eliud Kipchoge and Gladys Cherono won the 42,195 km course through Germany’s capital city in the 42nd edition of the BMW Berlin Marathon.
The Swiss luxury-watch brand as the official partner and official timekeeper of the BMW Berlin Marathon awarded the winners of the four marathon categories – runners, handbikers, wheelchair users and inline skaters – with TAG Heuer watches from the Aquaracer series.
TAG Heuer presented the new partnership with the German top runners and twins Anna and Lisa Hahner.
