Chopard Le Chalet Fleurier
Le Chalet Fleurier is the result of a partnership between Chopard Manufacture and the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.
From December 1st to March 1st 2015, Parisians keen to escape from routine will have a chance to discover again the warm and intimate world of Le Chalet Fleurier, installed on the terrace of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.
Michel Jauslin, regional Vice-President of the Hyatt Group and Caroline Scheufele, Co-President of Chopard, have chosen to associate their two brands to create a unique place housing the quintessence of their respective universes. This year, the Chalet was christened "Le Chalet Fleurier", in reference to a small village in the Swiss Jura, one of the cradles of Haute Horlogerie and home to Chopard Manufacture.
Thus, the Chalet atmosphere is inspired by the historical mountain chalets of the Swiss Jura, which in addition to serving as dwelling places also housed 17th century watchmaking workshops.
Jean-François Rouquette, the Michelin starred chef of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme offers a convivial lunch menu with chicken served in a casserole and for dinner, a Mountain-style Raclette with Saint Nicklaus cheese, tiny potatoes as well as a selection of Alpine cured meats. Guests are also offered the choice of a black truffle-enhanced Palace-style version.
