TAG Heuer World Champion Pechito Lopez visiting the manufacture
TAG Heuer welcomed in La Chaux-de-Fonds José María “Pechito” López, the argentine pilot reigning world touring car champion.
Pechito Lopez visited the manufacture where he met the artisan’s watchmakers, engineers and team who showed him the avant-garde production method. He then travelled back through time exploring the Tag Heuer 360 Museum and its 300-piece collection connecting the company's 150-year history.
He was greeted by Jean-Claude Biver, CEO of TAG Heuer and President of the Watch Division of LVMH Group, who congratulated him for his first fully electric series podium as he just won the second place at the FIA Formula E Paris ePrix. They exchanged on their shared passion for innovation in motorsport and TAG Heuer long-standing partnerships with legendary drivers.
Over 150 years of watchmaking savoir-faire and technical innovation have made TAG Heuer a global reference in avant-garde sports watches. As it tracked the rise of sports demanding increasingly precise timekeeping, TAG Heuer continually developed its unique capabilities through a long-term vision of what watchmaking is today, and what it will look like tomorrow.Find out more >
