Breguet Opening of a new boutique on the Red Square in Moscow
The biggest Breguet boutique in Europe opened its doors in the Russian capital city.
Breguet has recently celebrated its new boutique in Moscow located in the heart of the Gum mall, near the Kremlin. With its 317 square meters, it is the biggest Breguet Boutique in Europe. The ground floor offers an overview of the brand’s various collections and has a “lounge” area. The first floor, connected by marble stairs, invites to explore the universe of the House and its heritage covering more than 240 years of history. It thus features a space dedicated to a permanent exhibition which gathers historical pieces belonging to the Breguet museum in Place Vendôme.
The new boutique also brings to life its interior architecture through a revised concept. The wood and glass interior facades are colored with elements of blue and gold tints, whose finishing reminds of guilloche patterns.
The wall decoration has also been revised in order to highlight the patrimony of the House. A combination of visuals mixing historical references, antique technical drawings and timepieces fill with life the ambiance of new Breguet boutiques. The new architectural concept is completed by several decorative golden trimmings, noding to the Russian architecture and especially created for this location. The lamps in circular shapes were also especially created for the Gum boutique.
Breguet’s archives, kept in Switzerland and in Paris, record the developments that have sustained Breguet watchmaking for more than two centuries. The firm is committed to remaining ahead of its time with a flow of inventions and improvements.Find out more >
