This shop is the first of the group, opened by Carl Friedrich Bucherer and his wife Luise, in 1888. The group has now fifteen stores in Switzerland and ten other stores in the rest of Europe. Switzerland’s seventh largest city, Lucerne is an important point of convergence for tourists visiting the country. From now on, the geneva watchmaker Emile Chouriet is distributed in this prestigious place.
Bucherer is located at a hundred meters from the famous Kapellbrücke, or "Bridge of Lucerne", which is one of the most photographed subjects in Switzerland. Being represented in a boutique as prestigious as Bucherer is a great pride for our watch brand, founded in 1998 by Jean Depéry, who continues to develop its presence, in Switzerland and worldwide.
