1 minute read
TAG Heuer & Zenith are the first watchmaking brands to set up in the heart of Zermatt.

Tag Heuer and Zenith, in partnership with Schindler Haute Horlogerie, have just opened their respective boutiques at 14, Rue de la gare, Zermatt.

The opening of the boutiques gave rise to Wednesday's inauguration full of joy and hospitality, in the purest mountain traditions, in the presence of one hundred hand-picked guests.

Daniel Sieber, CEO of Schindler Haute Horlogerie, Christian Adam, General Manager TAG Heuer Switzerland and Nicolas Meda, International Sales Director at Zenith, jointly cut the ribbon.

"It is important for TAG Heuer to be able to count on bold, reliable partners such as Schindler Haute Horlogerie. Their knowledge of Zermatt is peerless, and represents a priceless asset for us. This boutique is a perfect showcase for our timepieces, and this setting expresses our values perfectly", Christian Adam said.
"After Lucerne, it was vital for Zenith to have a strong presence in Zermatt, which has become an essential and iconic venue", Nicolas Meda emphasised.

Daniel Sieber rejoiced in the opening of these boutiques on Rue de la gare, dedicated exclusively to the watches and chronographs of two prestigious firms of the LVMH group: "It is a big challenge to set up two boutiques within 45 m2 here in Zermatt. We will have 4 sales reps on hand continuously to serve the highly demanding and cosmopolitan clientele in one of Europe's most prized resorts."
