After evaluating emotions and circumstances, the SIAR and its brands have decided to move forward with its expected dates from the 17th to the 19th of October in the Hotel St Regis of Mexico City. Honoring the victims of the earthquake is also working together as soon as posible for the recovery of the affected persons.
The Salon wishes to play an active role in the helping tasks and will donate to the Cruz Roja of Mexico the equivalent of the amount collected by the entrance fee which each of its visitants will pay and will be intended to specific labors of help for the affected ones.
The 35 participating brands will donate a percentage of their sales also to this charitable institution.
On the 19th of October, one month after the earthquake, the delivery of the awards for the best watches of the year will be cancelled. During the closing ceremony, the amount collected will be handed to the President of the Cruz Roja.
