TAG Heuer Kick off with Dan Carter
The famous New Zealand rugby player joins the TAG Heuer family.
A true living legend in the world of international rugby, Dan Carter received his third World Rugby Player of the Year title in 2015, and has three times been crowned the world's best player by World Rugby. A World Champion in 2011 and 2015, he is considered the best fly-half in the history of the All Blacks. He now plays for Racing 92 in France's Top 14.
The press conference was held at the top of the Tour Montparnasse, in Paris, in the presence of Mathieu Selzer, General Manager of TAG Heuer France, Marc Maury, a former rugby player and TV commentator for the Six Nations and James Kember, the New Zealand Ambassador to France.
To honour Dan's New Zealand origins, the guests were welcomed with a Haka performed by a group of children, who then competed in a TAG Heuer Rugby Challenge with Dan, and raised a total of €10,000, all of which went to the Theodora Foundation, an organisation that helps hospitalised children and autistic children in specialist centres by organising visits from professional entertainers.in aid of the Theodora Foundation.
