In 2015, the Dandy celebrates its bold original design with two new interpretations for its watchcases.

An iconic watch, the Dandy by Chaumet is endowed with a natural and streamlined allure: an emblematic cushion-shaped watchoase inspired by the out of the Regent - the largest diamond of the Crown Jewels, set onto Bonapart's consular sword by the founder of Chaumet in 1802.

Today, the new timepieces come into two different references: one with a 42 millimetres steel case, the other with a 38 millimetres pink gold case. The black dial is enhanced by the famous bayadere-stripe motif in silver, a motif that has been one of the maison’s signatures since 1920.

In steel, the Dandy’s 42 mm diameter is perfect for active city life with a self-winding mechanical calibre that can be observed through the transparent sapphire-glass case back. The watch’s harmonious balance of shape make it step up to every occasion, its elegantly simple black alligator strap is equipped with a triple folding buckle.

EIn the pink gold, 38 mm diameter version, the Dandy confirms its distinctive personality in the world of elegant watches. Mounted on a black matte alligator strap with a classic pin buckle, the pink gold case features a self-winding movement.

Both timepieces beat at a frequency of 28,000 vph, while enjoying a 42-hour power reserve.
