The Skeleton X was unveiled at the SIHH 2019, in January in Geneva, in four different versions: brushed titantium with blue bezel, black DLC titanium, Carbonium® gold and rose gold. Now, with the weather heating up and temperatures rising, Ulysse Nardin has chosen the ideal time to introduce the Skeleton X Magma.
Made from a combination of ultra-light carbon fiber and red, marbled epoxy resin each Skeleton X Magma is unique. Stripped down to its essential components, it is ultra-light, scratch-resistant and streamlined. With its magnificent technical features fully exposed, it leaves nothing to the imagination.
The dynamic design of the watch represents an “X” formed by four red indexes, centered by a black rectangle, and anchored by red Roman numerals on each side. The index and hands are equipped with red Superluminova for nocturnal activity. The combination of red and black is mesmerizing and energizing. A black leather strap with black stitching completes the look.
The Skeleton X Magma has been re-sized for action to a compact 43mm. Masculine, angular and lava red, the manual-winding movement Calibre UN-371 has 4-day power reserve. It includes an extra-wide 3 Hz silicium balance wheel with nickel flyweights and a silicium minuterie gear train.
