Italian Gardens High Jewellery Collection - Bulgari
On the 10th of June in Florence, Bulgari unveiled its new High Jewellery collection inspired by the art of the Italian gardens burgeoning during the Rinascimento.

The event took place at Villa Di Maiano located on the hills of Fiesole with a panoramic view of Florence. The Gala Dinner was hosted by Jean-Christophe Babin, Bulgari Group CEO and Carla Bruni, fronting Bulgari’s latest brand campaign as a glamourous woman of culture and style who embodies the different shades of Italian beauty. Bulgari’s égérie was dazzling in an amazing High Jewellery necklace of the new collection, named Love’s paradise and featuring a magnificent sapphire of 125.35 ct, refined with gentle touches of light given by 33.18 ct of diamonds.

Amongst the international press, socialites and VIPs in attendance, the most noteworthy guests were actor and Bulgari’s brand ambassador for watches Luke Evans, Italian actress and Save the Children ambassador Isabella Ferrari, German socialite HSH Princess Lilly zu Sayn Wittgenstein Berleburg, Indian actress Sonam Kapoor, Vogue Italia editor in chief Franca Sozzani, model Toby Huntington-Whiteley, model Max Emerson, socialite and philanthropist Becca Cason Thrash, Italian television author Sonia Raule, Lebanese-Australian TV Host and model Jessica Michelle and socialite Fatima Fatima.

Set within the picturesque Hills of Tuscany and renowned for the enchanting beauty of its garden, the 16th century  Villa di Maiano, magnificent scenery of James Ivory's "A room with a view" filming, was the perfect backdrop for the unveiling of the new collection.
The new collection comprises 100 unique jewels and is evocative of the of the geometry of hedges and flowerbeds of the Italian gardens, burgeoning during the Rinascimento. The idea to shape nature into creations of art is reproduced in these one-of-a-kind pieces, where precious raw materials are molded in jewels recalling the architectural motifs and the precious flowers of magnificent gardens.
