Patravi ScubaTec, red gold - Carl F. Bucherer
This watch showcases a color combination that reflects the city of Lucerne – the 18-karat red gold and the blue dial.

Just like Lake Lucerne on a beautiful summer’s day, vivid blue is also the main color on Lucerne’s municipal coat.  A city shaped by Baroque influences, Lucerne is also characterized by gold, just like Carl F. Bucherer. The luxury watchmaker’s new visual identity launched last year features minimalist gold elements and is a tribute to the brand’s home town as well as its proud Baroque heritage.

Cases made from precious gold are a characteristic speciality for Carl F. Bucherer. This is also true for striking and sporty timepieces such as the Patravi ScubaTec diving watch, first showcased in 2015. It is ideally suited as a diving instrument thanks to its proven water-resistance to a depth of 500 meters, its automatic helium outlet valve and its crown protection in blackened titanium. The timepiece features the chronometer-certified CFB 1950.1 automatic movement caliber, powering the hour, minute, second and date functions, and offering a 38h power reserve.

Either on or under the water, the new blue dial provides an attractive contrast to the luminous material of the distinctive hands and applied indices matching the red gold of the case and the rotating bezel. This diving ring can only be turned counterclockwise, in line with the requirements for true diving watches. Inlays made from black and blue ceramic make the rotating bezel a real eye-catcher.

The robust rubber strap is equipped with an integrated diving extension on the finely adjustable folding clasp.
