Chopard Happy Sport Medium Automatic Two Tone
This year, the Happy Sport Medium Automatic features a 36 mm-diameter case and bracelet in steel and 18-carat rose gold.
It was in 1993 that Caroline Scheufele created one of the Chopard icons, the Happy Sport watch, and its famous moving diamonds. Repeatedly interpreted over the years in occasionally humorous and consistently elegant ways, it has lived under various highly evocative identities: Happy Beach, La Vie en Rose, Happy Spirit, Mystery Pink…
This year, the Happy Sport Medium Automatic features a 36 mm-diameter case and bracelet in steel and 18-carat rose gold. The watch is animated by a mechanical self-winding movement with 42h of power reserve. The dainty silver-toned dial, with central guilloche motif houses seven merrily dancing diamonds. The hours, minutes and seconds functions are displayed by gold-toned hands while the date is situated at 4.30.
On the back, a sapphire crystal provides a chance to admire the movement adorned with a straight Côtes de Genève motif also known as Geneva stripes.
The watch is fitted with an alligator leather strap (Ref. 278559- 6001) or an 18ct rose gold bracelet (Réf. 278559-6002). A diamond-set version is also available (Ref. 278559-6003).
Maison Chopard epitomises the alliance between watchmaking and jewellery. It has always known how to meet the expectations of its day, relying on four essential values: expertise, tradition, innovation and commitment to philanthropy, whilst working hard to pass on knowhow and skills to future generations.Find out more >
