The Margot watch was honoured with the top award for the Ladies’ High Mech category by the jury at the 14th Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève.

This prestigious distinction was awarded to the first Christophe Claret timepiece created exclusively for women, which features a complication combining innovation, poetry, aesthetics and romanticism.

The moment Christophe Claret was called onto the stage at the Grand Théâtre de Genève to receive his award, he had this to say: “I always had a dream that one day I would create an extraordinary complication for women. The award that I have been presented for Margot is truly a great honour because it confirms that this daring challenge was a triumph.”

Presented for the first time this March at Baselworld, Margot won over the jury with its originality and style. This timepiece combines high-precision watchmaking and romanticism in a playful, interactive spirit.
Margot’s automatic winding movement features an enchantingly innovative complication that lets the wearer ‘pick’ the petals off a daisy on the dial. “He loves me… he loves me not.”

Margot blossoms in four limited editions of 20 pieces each.
The first versions of Margot, in diamond-set white or red gold, are now available at all of Christophe Claret’s official retail partners.
