Corum Special edition Rebecca de Alba Foundation
Corum worked with Rebecca de Alba to design a limited edition of 30 pieces of the Admiral's Cup Legend 38 in order to support the work of the Rebecca de Alba Foundation.
In 2008, Rebecca de Alba founded the eponymous foundation in Mexico. Its aim is to support the most vulnerable groups, especially children and youth suffering from cancer. It ensures that children have the necessary resources, material and financial support to have access to quality comprehensive medical care. Rebecca de Alba Foundation tries to improve quality of life of the population through the development of prevention campaigns and early detection, they inform and encourage changes in habits of life.
The Admiral's Cup Legend 38 is dressed in a precious mother-of-pearl dial. It is adorned with nine hour-markers set with diamonds totaling approximately 0.10 carats, along with the numbers 30 and 60 appearing as appliques at 6 and 12 o’clock respectively.
This limited edition has a mechanical movement with automatic winding - caliber CO082 - equipped with a power reserve of 42 hours and offering the hours, minutes and date . The t hree small stars positioned at the 3 o’clock of the dial is the symbol of the foundation and the case back is marked and signed by Rebecca de Alba and the foundation logo.
