The Wisdom Minute Repeater pays tribute to watchmakers from the eighteenth century to the present day.
Born in the workshops of the Manufacture of Emile Chouriet, this minute repeater in rose gold is decorated with enamel dial. This highly symbolic painting shows François Dagobert Depéry, an eighteenth century Geneva watchmaker and ancestor of the family of the brand’s founder.
For this unique watch, designers and watchmakers have chosen to represent this painting as a will to commemorate the past and the transmission of watchmaking values. This follows the leitmotif of Manufacture, which aims to show the spirit of Swiss watchmaking, especially Geneva watchmaking, and to perpetuate techniques developed by watchmaking artists.
