The brand presents its new generation Lady KonTiKi which recaptures the beauty of its 1958 predecessor. Its design unites elegance and glamour, continuing the tradition of aesthetics of Eterna in women watchmaking. The KonTiki name is synonymous with adventure and a pioneering spirit, values important to the brand but also to strong and independent women who love to travel their own path, like the famous French actress and fashion model Brigitte Bardot who first wore the watch.
SIts completely new look, the pure silvery/white dial adorned with a mix of contemporary black Roman numerals and stylish silver-coloured hands and indexes, give a modern look to the watch. The Lady KonTiki comes in a 36 mm size with a choice of a stainless steel case or a fashionable two-tone stainless steel and gold design. For those who love to mix timekeeping with jewellery, there are also diamond versions.
The collection comes with a choice of different automatic or quartz calibres. Each version has its own unique style. The automatic version has a classic combination of a date positioned at four o’clock and a central seconds hand that sweeps around the silvery/white dial, while the quartz version features a striking seconds indication in a subdial at six o’clock and has a larger, more prominent date at 12 o’clock. Despite their subtle differences, both remain beautifully elegant and highly legible and are water-resistant to 100 metres.
