The classic 1966 model adopts the blue and black colors of the "Earth to Sky" theme.

In 2019 the Maison is exploring the Cosmos, the essence of time, by introducing a new universe of innovative materials and unexpected complications within the fundamental collections, united by a single theme: “Earth to Sky”.

Blue as the earth, black as the cosmos. Such is the 1966–«Earth to Sky Edition»  watch. The characteristics of this fine and elegant classic remain unchanged, but thanks to a play of blue and black shades, its nature glides towards an astronomical dimension. The black DLC treatment for the 40mm beadblasted stainless steel case and the rubber-patterned alligator leather strap with blue topstitching are its main features.

The delicately curved blue dial is a tribute to the thin film that has earned our planet its nickname. Almost translucent, it echoes Jean-François Bautte's stunning creations in blue Geneva enamel.

Beating at its heart beneath the metallised crystal is a tried and tested mechanical movement, Calibre GP3300, whose ultimate refinement reveals no less than five different finishes. The plate and bridges are meticulously stretched, bevelled, engraved, circular-grained and adorned with Côtes de Genève. This self-wound mechanical movement beats at 28'800 vph and has a 46-hour power reserve.

The 1966 - «Earth to Sky Edition» is a 149 limited-edition watch.
