Like the sun, the rays of the guilloché mother-of-pearl dial - available in white or grey - shine outward from the day and night indicator. The hours are indicated by teardrop-shaped hour markers set with diamonds. Time is measured out by delicate leaf-shaped hands for the hours and minutes, and by a baton-type hand for the seconds. Their path is protected by a slightly domed sapphire crystal.
The dance of the hours through day and night are represented by an intricately-crafted disc in 22-carat pink gold. It features two alternating polished and satin-finished sections, giving extra volume and realism to the sun and the moon surrounded by stars.

The watch is animated by the self-winding movement GP03300-0090, exclusive to this collection, made up of 218 different components and offering 46 hours of power reserve. Its finishes and gold oscillating weight, engraved with repeated images of the GP logo, may be admired through the sapphire crystal case-back.
