Created as a unique piece, this watch is set with 424 baguette and one rose cut emeralds.

The 47mm hand-wound wristwatch represents the fruit of two years of search for emeralds worthy of this ambitious project. Focused on finding emeralds of perfect dimensions and of a thrilling, radiant green, the watchmaker scoured the globe to assemble a collection of gems with perfect color homogeneity so as to accomplish its final goal. The brand then took on the challenge of showcasing the emeralds with an invisible setting covering the entire timepiece. Achieved through 12 months of meticulous and delicate gem-setting artistry, the setting presents a sea of exquisite emeralds flowing into one another without a glimpse of human intervention, as if they were spreading naturally from the center of the dial before effortlessly enveloping the contours of the 18K white gold case.

Surrounding an aperture in the dial through which the wearer is treated to a revelation of the JCBM05 caliber’s flying tourbillon, 140 baguette emeralds work as one to create an entrancing green hue of magnificent intensity. On the round case, 232 additional baguette emeralds, also invisibly set, extend the outward- spreading design and enrich the emanating effect, giving the impression that no structure even exists beneath them. A rose-cut emerald on the crown, framed by 16 additional gems, punctuates the exhibition of light and color. The hand-wound  mechanical movement, which may be further admired through a sapphire crystal caseback, complements its one-minute flying tourbillon with a titanium balance, anti-shock system and 100-hour power reserve. Composed of 169 parts, the movement drives a two-hand dial display at a frequency of 21,600vph.
