The Duomètre Quantième Lunaire watch reveals part of its Haute Horlogerie movement so as to delight fine watch enthusiasts.

On the left side of the silvered opaline dial, the lunar calendar function is displayed under the domed sapphire crystal. The hand-hammered moon phase indicator glides gracefully across a sky delicately sprinkled with stars. To the right of this scene, the hours counter blends seamlessly with the extreme elegance of the traditional hour-markers.

The case houses two independent mechanisms called Dual-Wing® system, one dedicated to the functions, and the other to the operating of the watch’s regulating organ. They each have their own source of energy, thereby guaranteeing maximum timekeeping accuracy.

Duomètre Quantième Lunaire

The Duomètre Quantième Lunaire watch is powered by Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 381. This mechanical manually-wound movement comprises 374 parts and two independent barrels, each providing a 50-hour power reserve.

At 6 o’clock, the ‘jumping seconds’ counter is surrounded on each side by the decorated movement, which can be admired through two simple and discreet apertures. On either side of the bright red movement jewels, the geartrains, bridges, and baseplate come into focus as the observer further explores the watch.
