A keen devotee of the cocoa bean and all it implies, Laurent Ferrier reinterprets the dial of all models of its collection with chocolate colours: intense chocolate brown for the dial, and white chocolate for the hour-markers.
The Galet Micro Rotor is the first model in this anniversary series. It features a 5N red gold case, inspired by 19th century pocket watches, a vertical satin-brushed chocolate brown dial, hands in 18K/750 gold painted in a white chocolate colour, and painted gold drop-shaped hour-markers.
The sapphire crystal case-back reveals the automatic FBN Calibre 229.01, - with pawl-fitted micro-rotor and 72-hour power reserve - and the refined decorative work - Côtes de Genève motif on the bridges, circular graining on the mainplate and the guilloché pattern on the micro-rotor in solid 18-carat gold.
The hand-sewn strap, made of brown alligator leather with Alcantara lining, is equipped with a pin buckle of double-folding clasp in 18K/750 5N red gold.
