Roger Dubuis - Hommage Automatic, pink gold

Roger Dubuis Hommage Automatic, pink gold

In the Hommage collection, unveiled at the SIHH 2014, here is the "simplest" automatic model.

The Hommage Automatic watch houses the RD620 self-winding calibre, beating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and representing a new generation of Roger Dubuis movements.

Naturally designed, developed and manufactured in-house in keeping with the stringent demands of the Poinçon de Genève, this self-winding movement features characteristically shaped bridges, springs and levers, as well as the signature Roger Dubuis micro-rotor.

The 42 mm case-back is made of pink gold. On its back, the sapphire crystal pane bears Mr Roger Dubuis’ metallised signature.

The dial features an instantly recognisable design with its sunray guilloché motif. It bears pink gold Roman numerals and a snailed small seconds counter at 9 o’clock featuring a charcoal grey background with black and white transfers.

The watch is worn on a genuine brown alligator strap, equipped with a pink gold pin buckle.

It is also available in a white gold version.

An even more precious pink gold interpretation features a bezel set with sparkling F-G or Top Wesselton brilliant-cut diamonds of IF-VVS clarity.

The brand

The Roger Dubuis Manufacture was founded on the desire for independence and watchmaking excellence. With remarkable dynamism, Roger Dubuis quickly ignited the world of Haute Horlogerie and has developed over thirty completely original in-house movements. Striking a fine balance between traditional watchmaking expertise and avant‑garde design, the Manufacture became a specialist in architectural skeletonised movements.
