The 2017 Cannes Film Festival is sponsored by Chopard, L’Oréal, HP, Kerin, Renault and Mastercard. Chopard has been an official partner of the Cannes International Film Festival since 1998 and redesigns the Palme d'Or trophy that is presented to the winners each year. It has also supported the film industry with the Trophée Chopard, which is awarded to talented young actors.
Cannes is in the south of France on the Mediterranean coast, five hours by high-speed train from Paris. The films are screened at the Grand Théâtre Lumière, the Debussy Theatre, the Bunuel Theatre, the Soixantième Theatre, the Bazanin Theatre and the Cinema de la Plage.
Cannes Film Festival 2017 submissions will be screened at a number of locations throughout the city, but are accessible by invitation only. Open-air screenings at the Cinéma de la Plage are open to everyone free of charge. There are therefore no Cannes Film Festival 2017 tickets as such. Journalists with a Cannes film festival 2017 accreditation have priority access at the Grand Théâtre Lumière.
Black tie for men and evening dress for women is required for gala screenings at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. For all other screenings, smart dress is required. If you will be treading the red carpet, however, dress to impress! A fine timepiece should be an integral part of your attire. You can browse through our selection of over 13,000 timepieces to find one that suits you best.
