The weeks have passed since Geneva Watch Days. We have returned to our workbenches and the quiet of our workshops, and we wanted to thank you once again.

A Look Back

Geneva Watch Days, around our table. A white cloth, soft light, and our timepieces gathered in one place for a few rare days.

The Complication One in its many characters: gold, titanium, sapphire cut from a single block, dials of deep green and pale celadon. Beneath each one beats the same slowed heart, four beats a minute.

The Source Aleph appeared in two new iterations, Night and Day, one drawn into shadow and the other into light.

Around them, the rituals of the salon. A loupe raised to the eye. A strap tur ned in the hand. Someone leaning closer, and closer still.

We often say a piece is made to be worn. It is also made to be held, studied, passed from hand to hand. To become, for a moment, the centre of a conversation.

Then Came Sunday Afternoon

Ryan Reynolds stepped into the room. He is a true devotee of watchmaking and we are grateful he chose to spend these closing hours with us.

We spoke about timpieces, about complications many believed impossible and the Aleph, the first letter, the origin of ever ything. Then, the conversation tur ned to what no vault can hold: our time, family, children. Once all the rest is set aside, these remain our one true luxur y. The name falls away and a person remains. Here. Now. In the instant.

Merci

Thank you, to our partners and to our marvellous team, whose hands made these timepieces and this gathering possible.

Thank you, to our visitors and friends for gathering around this table with us and for sharing our Time. The Essence of Time.

L'instant d'une heure passagère.

Until next time,

Les Ateliers Emmanuel Bouchet.
