First 10 Lorige Customers at Time to Drive Miami to Receive Exclusive VIP Daytona Experience in 2027
LORIGE, the independent watchmaker driven by mechanical precision and motorsport DNA, is poised for rapid acceleration in North America, fueled by FundTime LLC’s strategic investment support and retail network, which has already helped secure four premier new U.S. retail partners for Lorige in 2026. The indie watchmaker races to a strong Q4 finish with an upcoming Miami exhibition of its track-forged timepieces at the inaugural Time to Drive Miami event November 6–8, 2026, at Mana Wynwood. To celebrate, the first ten customers who purchase a Lorige timepiece at the event will receive complimentary VIP hosting at Daytona 24 in January of 2027.
From the Racetrack to the Wrist
Founded in 2018, with offices in Paris and Geneva, Lorige creates exceptional Swiss-made timepieces incorporating authentic Carbon/Carbon brake components sourced from race cars, transforming tangible pieces of motorsport history into lasting expressions of fine watchmaking.
The brand was established by Clément Etienvre, Emeric Paraud, and Philippe Dumas, former motorsport professionals whose experience developing endurance racing prototypes for the French Oak Racing team in Le Mans fueled their drive to bring racing DNA to Swiss watchmaking in an authentic way.
Combining expertise in professional motorsport, mechanical engineering, and high-performance composites, the three partners envisioned a timepiece that would go beyond automotive-inspired design to preserve a piece of racing history as a horological trophy for the wrist. Lorige timepieces are distinguished by their patented Carbon/Carbon construction. This advanced composite material, originally developed for aerospace applications, and used in high-performance racing brakes, is forged by the heat of racing competition and the pressure of pistons, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 900°C.
Following three years of research and development, Lorige pioneered a patented manufacturing process that transforms these race-used components into distinctive monobloc watch cases and dials, each retaining the raw character of its original Carbon/Carbon material. Subtle details, such as screw heads in the shape of wheel nuts and familiar motorsport motifs, affirm each timepiece’s race-tested pedigree.
Lorige collaborates with specialized Swiss watchmaking partners to develop the brand’s exclusive mechanical movements and meticulously finished timepieces, entirely crafted and assembled in Switzerland. Introduced in 2020, the inaugural Lorige Brake Late (BL) Endurance Automatic collection featured the exclusive LOR-PR01 automatic caliber equipped with a peripheral rotor. Subsequent collaborations with renowned motorsport teams, including United Autosports, Peugeot Sport, and Inter Europol, affirmed the brand's indelible connection to the endurance racing circuit.
Lorige expanded its horological ambitions with the AS-01 Central Flying Tourbillon, powered by the exclusive LOR-TC01 caliber, featuring Carbon/Carbon sourced from the McLaren MP4/8 driven by Ayrton Senna during the 1993 Formula 1 season. In 2026, Lorige revealed its latest triumph: the new BL-Evolution “Competition,” a 50-piece limited edition forged from race-used Carbon/Carbon brake material from Inter Europol Competition’s winning No. 43 and No. 343 LMP2 cars.
With each new partnership and adrenaline-fueled watch design, Lorige’s reputation has grown among drivers, pit crews, collectors, and motorsport enthusiasts, driven by word of mouth on the track and beyond.
Lorige now looks to expand the brand’s presence in the United States, accelerated by FundTime LLC, the active investment firm driving independent watch brand growth through investment, strategic planning, U.S. distribution, and operational support. The firm just announced new Lorige retail presence at four leading retailers, including Manfredi Jewels in Connecticut, Kwiat in New York, The Timepiece Collection in New Jersey, and Provident Jewelry in Florida.
Clément Etienvre, Lorige Co-Founder & CEO: "As the enthusiasm for car racing grows in the USA, we are excited to partner with FundTime and select luxury retailers to bring these authentic masterpieces of horology and racing to U.S. customers. American collectors can now access the limited editions created by Lorige from real brakes that withstood the stress of a race."
