Swiss luxury watchmaker TAG Heuer makes a statement of elegance and refinement with one of the most luxurious expressions yet of its famed TAG Heuer Carrera Date. In a sophisticated 29-mm size, almost completely set with diamonds, the timeless design shines like never before. The new TAG Heuer Carrera Date retains the signature design codes that have contributed to the enduring success of the brand’s flagship collection since 1963: pure lines, unincumbered legibility, timeless elegance. Connoisseurs of the iconic timepiece will recognize its celebrated uncluttered dial, facetted lugs and H-shaped bracelet. This exclusive 29-mm edition is set with over 700 of the finest diamonds for a total of 3,9 carats. Only limited quantities will be produced for TAG Heuer boutiques, after which the high-end edition can be made to order for each client.
The case is made of steel set with diamonds on the lugs (0.2 cts), with a rose gold crown and a 18K (5N) rose gold fixed bezel set with 60 diamonds (0.5 cts). The dial is covered with shimmering mother-of-pearl with 11 18K (5N) rose gold plated polished and facetted indexes, each set with a diamond (0.09 cts) and a date window at 6 o’clock. The 18K (5N) rose gold plated facetted and polished hours, minutes and seconds hands offer a soft contrast against the dial for enhanced legibility.
The screwed-down case back includes a sapphire crystal through which one can observe the beating Calibre 9 automatic movement with its customized rose gold plated oscillating mass.
The bracelet is steel and 18K (5N) rose gold, paved with diamonds on each alternate link (3.12 cts), and the polished steel folding clasp features the TAG Heuer shield.
