We have recently presented the Encelade's Gyroscope and Dice cufflinks collections, with their multiple rings rotating around each other thanks to an ingenious ball bearing system inspired by the Haute Horlogerie.
Let's introduce today the third collection, Rotor, that pays tribute to the passion shared by the two cousins, founders of Encelade 1789: watchmaking.
Conceived and designed entirely in-house, like all of the brand's collections, the Rotor cufflinks showcase a watch movement where each component (bars, screws, barrel, etc) has been studied in minute details. Those with a keen interest in watchmaking will recognise a traditional complex watch mechanism, while fans of independent brands will note a highly unusual and extremely sleek aspect: an innovative oscillating mass. THis mass, which rotates in both directions,bears a secret mark, with the 2 creative "L" letters o its top reminding of the common family name of the two cousins.
The Rotor models are available in a large choice of steel, rose gold and black or blue PVD combinations.
