At the end of the 80s, how many of us really believed in the mechanical revival? Actually very few... but what a lot of love and passion there was about this cradle of watchmaking! Today, it is innovation, quality and service that make the succes of the contemporary mechanical watch. Each watch selected represents an important stage in my discovery and my progress in the universe of mechanical watchmaking. Moments shared with men and women as passionate as I am about reviving the tradition of "beautiful watchmaking"
I) CHRONOGRAPHS
My passion for chronograph watches, illustrated by an "exercise in style" using five dfferent movements from the Valjoux, Lemania, Frederic Piguet and Zenith factories
1- KRONO 0 (1987) - my first chronograph !
Hand-wound Valjoux movement (VAL 7761) - Black chrome plated brass case with transparent back (36mm diameter) - numbered A079 (numbered series limited to 200 watches)
2- KRONO II (1993)
Automatic Valjoux movement (VAL 7751 - COSC 493) - first case in polished platinium (38mm diameter) - serial number 7 on the dial and 07/10 on the case back (numbered series limited to 10 watches)
