On January 12, 2016, in Los Angeles, something was set in motion. A commitment was born, driven by a deeply personal and profoundly human conviction: that one can choose to enduringly stand alongside children.

By partnering with UNICEF, an organization dedicated to defending children’s rights since 1945 and working both with governments and local communities, Louis Vuitton embraced a long-term vision: one built patiently in service of future generations.

For the past ten years, this partnership has moved forward with consistency, guided by values that are central to the House, such as education, transmission, and responsibility. Ten years rooted in a simple yet powerful belief: every child, wherever they are born, deserves an equal chance to grow and to dream. After renewed support for emergency relief efforts, Louis Vuitton is now expanding its commitment to include programmes dedicated to gender equality and women’s empowerment.

A visible and enduring symbol of this shared promise, the Silver Lockit collection, launched in 2016, translates this commitment into tangible form. Comprising permanent genderless pieces, a bracelet, a silver chain pendant, and a pair of earrings, the collection directly supports UNICEF’s initiatives. Each year, a portion of its sales is donated to UNICEF, bringing total contributions over the decade to 28 million US dollars, surpassing the minimum annual commitment of 2 million euros.

Behind these figures lies a deeper intention: to make a meaningful, lasting contribution to the lives of thousands of children and families around the world. LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF also embodies a profoundly human journey, carried by a collective story that is built, shared, and passed on. Through internal events, the House’s commitment comes to life among its employees and their families, notably through the LV World Run: a solidarity race organized from Paris, where teams, relatives, and children come together to run, play, take on challenges, and discover UNICEF’s work. These shared moments turn commitment into lived experience, and a cause becomes something to feel as much as to understand.

This is further enriched by the LV Reporters initiative. Selected from hundreds of applicants, five Louis Vuitton employees travel each year to the field alongside UNICEF teams to meet beneficiaries. They see, they listen, they learn, and return with stories grounded in reality filled with perspectives, and faces. These narratives bring the initiative to life and reflect the House’s commitment in its most authentic form.

To celebrate these ten years of shared action, 2026 will be marked by several highlights: new interpretations of the Silver Lockit collection, a new edition of the REBONDS book, as well as an exceptional timepiece named the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object, accompanied by its bespoke Louis Vuitton trunk. This piece will be auctioned during a ten-day international online sale organized by Sotheby’s starting June 9, with hammer price donated to UNICEF. These milestones serve as a reminder that sincere commitment is not declared; it is built step by step, through repeated, shared, and enduring actions.

Louis Vuitton's new support to POWER4Girls programme

For the past ten years, Louis Vuitton has been committed alongside UNICEF to supporting health, education, and protection programs for the world’s most vulnerable children.

In 2026, Louis Vuitton renews and continues its LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF partnership by supporting POWER4Girls, a global initiative led by UNICEF and dedicated to pre-adolescent girls, adolescents, and young women across 120 countries in South America, Africa, and Asia.

POWER4Girls aims to support the rights, well-being, and leadership of girls aged 10 to 25. Based on needs identified in the field, it deploys programmes aimed at strengthening their professional inclusion and economic independence, through improved access to quality training, tackling gender-based violence and the structural barriers they face, and supporting girl-led organisations so they can participate in decision- making processes and scale proven solutions at both local and national levels.

The programme also engages communities, families, teachers, and policymakers to create environments that promote equality. To date, POWER4Girls has reached 5.4 million girls and more than 1 1 million people across 15 countries.

In this context, Louis Vuitton’s support aims to enable more than 100,000 girls each year to express their leadership and access essential services such as education, healthcare, and protection.

This new chapter continues Louis Vuitton’s commitment to vulnerable children and, from 2026 onward, contributes to supporting impactful initiatives that advance gender equality.

REBONDS, a new edition of the iconic book first published in 1998

A ball passing from hand to hand. A simple and universal gesture that transcends ages, cultures and borders. With REBONDS, Louis Vuitton reimagines this object into a unifying symbol, one that brings people together through themes of unity, places and stories, all anchored in a shared commitment to children. First published in 1998 following the

Football World Cup in France, with profits donated to UNICEF, REBONDS is now available in a new edition to celebrate ten years of Louis Vuitton’s partnership with UNICEF. Through this book, the House continues its spirit of generosity, transmission and commitment to children.

Shaped as a visual narrative unfolding across the world, REBONDS features around a hundred important figures from a variety of backgrounds (film, music, contemporary art, sport and fashion).

Among them are Louis Vuitton Ambassadors, as well as Nigo, Céline Dion, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Pedro Almodóvar... Photographed in Paris, Tokyo, Beijing, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Shanghai, London and Avignon, sometimes in the intimacy of their own environments and at other times outdoors, they form a collective narrative in which the diversity of their backgrounds feeds into a shared vision. With each profile anchored in its place of origin, they create a sensory map where faces converse with cities and landscapes.

The book’s design reflects this spirit of human connection and unity, which is central to the House’s commitment to UNICEF. Starting with the cover, the Louis Vuitton Monogram ball embodies global unity, while quotes interspersed throughout the book introduce an embodied, human dimension, bringing together the diverse photographic styles into a fluid and coherent narrative. More than just a book of portraits, REBONDS is a vehicle for transmission. It serves as a reminder that a simple gesture, shared on a global scale, can become a universal language and a source of lasting engagement for future generations.

The book is introduced by two forewords written by Pietro Beccari, CEO and Chairman of Louis Vuitton, and Felix, a member of the group Stray Kids, Louis Vuitton Ambassador and Ambassador for UNICEF Korea. Two voices, two perspectives, united by a shared vision. Through their own words, each expresses the values that inspire REBONDS, those of unity and the power of connection. Whilst Pietro Beccari evokes the simplicity of a gesture, that of sharing a ball, Felix highlights that this unity transcends borders and cultures, fuelled by a deep conviction that shared commitment can bring about real and lasting change. Together, their perspectives open the book with a sense of momentum that is both personal and universal.

« Twenty-eight years after its first publication during the 1998 World Cup, this book now celebrates ten years of partnership between Louis Vuitton and UNICEF. More than one hundred personalities, friends of the House from a wide range of backgrounds, agreed to take part in this project by posing with a Louis Vuitton ball. Whether captured in motion or in the stillness of a suspended moment, each portrait reveals a unique energy, yet all share the same strength: that of connection. » explains Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO, Louis Vuitton.

« REBONDS is a project especially close to my heart. I am incredibly proud and enthusiastic about its dedication to supporting UNICEF. This initiative embodies the crucial importance of protecting and uplifting those in need, especially children. Every child deserves a fair chance (at) in life, and it is our collective responsibility to provide access to essential support for the most vulnerable. » says Felix, Louis Vuitton Ambassador and Ambassador for UNICEF Korea.

Faithful to the spirit of the first edition, REBONDS is fully aligned with the LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF partnership mission. All profits from the sale of this book will be donated to UNICEF in support of its vital work with vulnerable children worldwide.

Available from June in all Louis Vuitton stores, REBONDS will be on sale for $185.

The REBONDS book will be personally signed by a selection of celebrities and will form part of several lots to be auctioned on June 9th.

The Sotheby's auction of the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object from June 9th to 18th

In celebration of the 10-year anniversary of the LOUIS VUITTON for UNICEF partnership, the House is delighted to announce the auction’s launch of the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object. This exceptional, one-of-a-kind objet d’art will be sold exclusively at Sotheby’s from June 9th to 18th, with hammer price donated to UNICEF.

This year marks a milestone decade between Louis Vuitton and UNICEF, which continues its ongoing commitment to helping and supporting the world’s most vulnerable children – embarking on a year of special activations that pay tribute to this 10-year partnership.

The House now turns to the world of sport, an everlasting source of inspiration for Louis Vuitton, and takes its cue from its iconic Monogram canvas ball. This iconic symbol of soccer is now reimagined through the lens of horological artistry, named the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object. It brings together

La Fabrique du Temps unique watchmaking expertise, the know-how of L’Epée 1839, and Louis Vuitton’s savoir-faire in trunkmaking. Transforming the energy of sport into a bold, ultra-contemporary creation, this unique time object is a true connoisseur’s piece that will be sold in an exclusive auction with Sotheby, with proceeds benefitting UNICEF to support its life-saving humanitarian work for vulnerable children.

As Matthieu Hegi, La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton artistic director, said: “For this Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object, we chose a soccer ball – a theme that the House has long explored. We were inspired to create this special piece of art that integrates subtle references to Louis Vuitton’s DNA and codes, while seamlessly merging our legacy with its modernity and contemporary vision of time.”

A sports symbol reimagined

With the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object, the House makes a daring design statement. The clock’s openwork form is a masterclass in construction and design, where hexagons and pentagons are expertly interlinked, drawing from the soccer ball’s original shape and patterns. Exuding lightness and transparency, the clock’s iconic geometry and skeletonised inventiveness showcase contemporary design. It also reflects key codes of the House, from watchmaking expertise and its enduring passion for sport to its trunk-making craftsmanship.

Nodding to this trunk-making heritage, the time object’s skeletonized hexagons and pentagons are notably fused together with golden brackets, studs and corners – the polished accents recalling the same protective elements found on Louis Vuitton trunks, and which here become essential for the clock’s inherent structure.

On this unique piece, time comes to life through a sculpted golden steel dome forming the upper half of the clock. Hours and minutes are displayed by two rotating discs, whose fluid motion is enhanced by the open worked structure beneath. One rotating cylinder indicates the hours, while a second displays the minutes. Bringing a touch of play and refinement, a minute track is crafted with the LV Monogram motif and flowers, while the top of the cylinder is stamped with the elegant ‘Louis Vuitton Paris’ signature.

Time-telling is further illuminated by a ring of diamonds on hexagon and pentagon apertures for the hour and minute displays. Meticulously hand-set with 144 white diamonds for the hours and 120 black diamonds for the minutes, for 1.03 carats in total, the monochrome pairing of diamonds add a touch of preciousness and luminosity, while adding graphic and visual impact.

Echoes of precision

The structure was a key consideration for showcasing the captivating beauty of the clock’s beating heart, which has been developed by Swiss mechanical movement maker L’Epée 1839. Light and airy skeletonization offers a stunning complement to watchmaking expertise and the time object’s painstaking and hand-finished details. There are also wonderful and subtle design surprises, like the screws and movement plate crafted with the LV Monogram flower. To wind the clock or set the time, a key is inserted either on the side or top of the timepiece.

Reflecting the House’s enduring passion for sport, and more than 170 years of trunkmaking creativity and savoir-faire in the Art of Travel, the time object is presented in an exquisite trophy-style trunk crafted in the matching emblematic Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas.

This extraordinary piece has been handcrafted by expert Louis Vuitton artisans in the House’s historic workshop in Asnières, just outside Paris, where the House produces its most rare and special-order pieces. The exterior is finished with leather trim and the same brass corner protectors, lock and clasps that have been used on Louis Vuitton trunks since the 1860s.

Finally, to fully mark this momentous moment, Sotheby’s will auction the time object in a dedicated 10-day international online auction, open for bidding from June 9th to 18th. The piece and its trunk are currently on an international roadshow, presented at exceptional events and stores around the world, including Paris, London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, before culminating in an exclusive celebration dinner at Sotheby's HQ in New York, attended by celebrities, partners and medias. It will be a remarkable moment to kick of this historic auction, showcasing not only this truly collector’s timepiece and celebrating a significant anniversary, but also an incredible one-of-a-kind objet d’art that is an outstanding expression of fine watchmaking fused with the House’s unique heritage and enduring passion for sport.

As Brahm Wachter, Sotheby’s Head of Modern Collectables, noted: “Watches and sport alike are driven by deeply engaged collector communities, and we are thrilled to bring these worlds together through this sale. It is all the more rewarding to collaborate on an initiative that will support UNICEF’s vital work with children around the world.

Starting June 9th, the Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object will be auctioned by Sotheby's alongside REBONDS books and Louis Vuitton soccer balls signed by celebrities.

The Louis Vuitton Unity Time Object will be on view at Sotheby’s New York in a free, public exhibition open from June 11th to 18th. More information can be found at sothebys.com.
