Concord was created by five visionary Swiss entrepreneurs Walter Hugenin and Charles Bonny, both gifted
Watchmakers of their time, along with three other partners Messieurs Boillat, Droz and Konz.
Founding of the Concord Watch Company SA in Biel, Switzerland, to produce high quality watches, in particular for the American market.

1915
Production of the first “Private Label” luxury watches using precious metals and gems.

1946
Production of the first wristwatches made from coins.
1970
Gedalio Grinberg takes over the Concord Watch Company SA and integrates it with the North American Watch Corporation, which has its head office in New York.
1979
The launch of the “Delirium I” the flattest analog watch ever made - a total thickness of less than 2 mm (1.98 mm). This marks the beginning of the global trend for elegant flat watches.

1980
Introduction of the Concord Mariner, a breakthrough design that unites the functionality of a sports watch with the refinement of a dress watch.
1986
Concord creates a new leadership collection, the Concord Saratoga, an elegantly sporty style design. It is a perfect illustration of the root meaning of “concord” – harmony.

1991
Launches the Concord “Sirius”, men's platinum watch with 295 diamonds of the highest quality, totaling 64.16 carats.

1994
Introduction of the Concord “Papillon” collection - watches of a tantalizing elegance.
1997
Concord launches two successful new watch families: the classically bold Impresario with its signature coin-edge detail, and the gracefully geometric 18K gold Concord La Scala, a fashion-forward timepiece of Art Deco-inspired elegance.

2001
Launches the Concord La Scala Steel and Diamond Chronograph style brings a brilliant blend of fashion, function and fine Swiss craftsmanship to the luxury watch market.

2002
Concord premieres the re-interpretation of Saratoga.
2007
Concord comes back to the centre of the watch-making stage by redefining itself with a bold new philosophy and innovative, unexpected product design.
Introduction of the new C1 collection. Radical in many ways, it defines the new Concord profile - sophisticated, refined and technologically advanced.
On the eve of the brand's 100th anniversary – Concord is cultivating uniqueness, reinventing performance and making exclusivity a principle.

2008
Concord presents its extraordinary creations such as the C1 WorldTimer collection, the Biretrograde, Retrograde, 2Chronograph high-jewelry models and the famous C1 Tourbillon Gravity.

In November 2008, C1 Tourbillon Gravity consecrated favorite design watch of the year by a jury of international watch specialists during the prize-giving ceremony of the prestigious Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.

2009
Concord introduces the amazing timekeeper – the C1 Quantum Gravity. This ultimate creation from the C lab series was qualified by many as the “talking piece” of the Baselworld show 2009 and generated a lot of positive buzz around the brand.

2010
Unveils two unique pieces from the C Lab Series collection. The C1 Eternalgravity and the C1 Diamond Gravity, both external tourbillons set with baguette-cut diamonds.

Concord introduces the new and exciting line the C2 chronograph, the fascinating C1 Black Spider tourbillon limited edition from the C-lab series, the striking C1 Amethyst chronograph unique piece and in celebration of the 25th anniversary of Saratoga, the revamped edition that is very true to the Saratoga origin. These exciting novelties are proudly introduced through the new advertising campaign where the timepieces stand out in the true spirit of Concord.
