Eberhard & Co. confirms its passion for the world of vintage cars by taking part as Premium Sponsor in Passione Engadina, an exciting vintage car race in which only Italian-made cars made before 1982 can compete, winding along the roads from 24 to 26 August in the splendid setting of St.Moritz and Engadina. A meeting dedicated to the fascinating world of engines, amidst technical and skill trials, like a real "rally", but with the added attraction of a “sensorial” experience: not only cars and engines, but also flavours and perfumes, fashion and design, with the creations of Eberhard & Co., a name symbolic of the finest Swiss watchmaking tradition.
The race will be held over two days: the Saturday will be dedicated to the “Umbrail Rail – St. Moritz Race”, with the teams ready to face the challenge of 3 different passes, a regularity circuit among spectacular mountains with the ability to offer unequalled driving pleasure. The Sunday on the hand will be devoted to the Elegance Competition in the historical centre of St. Moritz, a special location which will also host the final award ceremony.
The Swiss Company will present the winning team of the category “cars made before 1947” with two Tazio Nuvolari chronographs, while the winning team of the category “cars made before 1982” and “Sportcar” will respectively receive the Champion V and the Traversetolo models.
