Moser Group AG announces today, that an agreement has been reached with a Swiss investors group to take over the operational companies of the Moser Group.

The independence of the watch manufacture H.Moser & Cie. and Precision Engineering AG, a specialised manufacturer of escapement components, has been secured. Business operations will be continued by the existing teams, supported by the already involved industry consultants.
In order to make this solution possible and to guarantee continuity with shareholders, the previous majority shareholder agreed to acquire a minority interest, but he will not play any active role within the company.
The board of directors is convinced that the companies of the Moser Group, thanks to the now secured financial basis, now do have all the necessary requirements for a promising future.
