On Geneva’s Lakefront rooftops

Since the appearance of the neon light in the thirties, the city of Geneva has adorned its rooftops with neon signs advertisements. Today, watchmakers, jewellers, private banks share together this urban landscape, offering an iconic image of Geneva’s landscape.

As of today the name Mouawad is shining on the roof of the Gustave Ador Quai.

Alain Mouawad, co manager of the watch division comments: “Today we pay tribute to our ancestors that gave the drive and the expertise in Jewellery and Swiss watchmaking since 1890. Our hope is that our patronymic will keep shining for years and years and will also fulfil the dreams of clients.”
