Pierre Bouissou, a French national, is a doctor of medicine and dermatology specialist. In parallel with his medical studies he trained at the IAE in Nice and the ISA/HEC (Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales) in Paris. He began his career with Unilever before moving to Laboratoires Pierre Fabre and L’Oréal, where he held various marketing and development positions. He then joined the LVMH group, where he was Business Unit Manager for Beauty & Skincare Products with Parfums Christian Dior, and CEO of leather goods specialist Berluti.
By the time he joined PPR, Pierre Bouissou had a solid track record in the management and development of luxury brands. He took over as President and CEO of Boucheron in June 2011.
