Born in Morocco, Philippe Mougenot defines himself as an Epicurean who loves good wines and a jazz fan. As a sun lover, he especially enjoys the region of Provence, in France.
With a diploma from the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris”, a period spent as General Manager within CIBA Vision, then as President of Benedom,he joined Chanel in 1999 to continue developing the watch activity launched in 1987 and to give a much wider scope to the Fine Jewelry launched in 1993, which was then at its teething stage.
Thanks to an ongoing strategy of mixing ultimate quality, outstanding creativity and ultra selective distribution network, Chanel has become a major player in both watch and fine jewelry industries.
