To replace him and by mutual agreement with Jean-Claude Schwarz, I have the pleasure to inform about the appointment of Mr. Gérald Roden. Thanks to his large experience in the industrial and marketing fields together with his managerial skills, there is no doubt that he will assure the follow up of our strategy and leave his marks in our Group. Mr Roden is also CEO ad interim of Perrelet".

After a successful start out in various watch-making companies in France as Sales Manager, Gerald Roden pursued his career as General Manager of “Asia Commercial” in Hong-Kong and, thus, developed a solid expertise of Asian markets, especially China. He pursued his career with Daniel Roth as Managing Director. Further to the company's buy-out by the Bulgari Group in 2000, Mr. Roden was promoted to the position of President and CEO of Daniel Roth and Gerald Genta brands. Recently he contributed to the restructuring of De Grisogono as CEO.
