Nayla Hayek was appointed CEO of Harry Winston in May 2013, just a few months after the brand joined the Swatch Group, which she has chaired since the death of her father in June 2010. Nayla Hayek’s career with the family group began with consulting firm Hayek Engineering. She then took responsibility for the middle-eastern market and joined the board of directors in 1995. Nayla Hayek is currently Chair of the board of directors and head of Swatch Group Middle East, Hayek Immobilier SA, Hayek Engineering SA and the Harry Winston brand.
