The Swatch Group Ltd. announces that Mrs. Nayla Hayek has been assigned the responsibility as CEO of Harry Winston, Inc.
Mrs. Hayek had already been nominated chairwoman of Harry Winston, Inc. when the company was acquired by Swatch Group in March 2013.
The nomination will enter into effect immediately.
