Jaeger-LeCoultre presents the Master Ultra Thin Moon with its new 36mm case in 18K pink gold (750/1000). Contrasting with the warm shine of the polished pink gold, the subtle texture and cool silvered colour of the dial bring a fresh dimension to the timeless aesthetics and technical virtuosity for which the Master Ultra Thin collection is renowned.

A Quintessential Dress Watch for Modern Aesthetes

Inspired by the Maison’s remarkable legacy of ultra-thin watches – created from the early 1900s onwards – the Master Ultra Thin collection was conceived as a quintessential dress watch for the 21st century. Timeless and classic with clean lines, polished surfaces and long, curving lugs, the Master Ultra Thin expresses an understated sophistication with a touch of modernity. Its thin calibres attest to almost 200 years of continuous mechanical innovation and excellence within Jaeger-LeCoultre’s fully integrated Manufacture-Atelier in Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux.

A Distinctive New Case, Warm and Refined

The new smaller 18K pink gold (750/1000) case brings a warmer, refined and timeless allure to the Master Ultra Thin Moon. The warm tones of the polished case surfaces are echoed by the gilt hour markers and faceted hands.

Complementing the sleek lines of the 36 mm case, the dial layout is a finely judged exercise in symmetry and balance. Anchored by the date and moon-phase display at 6 o’clock, it is highly legible and perfectly integrated in every detail. The shape of the trapezoidal indexes is echoed by the Dauphine hands, one facetof which is satin-brushed and the other polished, creating a visually intriguing play of light from different angles.

An alligator strap in black, paired with a pin buckle in 18K pink gold (750/1000), can be easily interchanged according to the wearer’s wishes, adding even more versatility to this sophisticated, contemporary timepiece.

A Signature Complication Driven by an Emblematic Manufacture Movement

The Master Ultra Thin Moon features a combined moon phase and date display. Like an open window watching the movement of the stars and their secrets through time, it attracts and fascinates. On the silver-coloured, sunray-brushed dial, the moon is set against a deep blue, starry background, with the dates printed in black around the moon phase aperture.

This timepiece benefits from an in-house movement designed, manufactured and assembled at Jaeger- LeCoultre’s Manufacture-Atelier in Le Sentier. Calibre 925 powers the Master Ultra Thin Moon. This self- winding movement is among the mainstays of the Maison’s collection, well proven over the course of many years and regularly updated in line with technical advances to improve reliability and precision. The latest versions of the calibre provide a power reserve of 70 hours. In full view through the transparent sapphire case-back, the movement features fine decorative finishes, including Côtes de Genève, bevelled bridges and blue screws. An open-worked 22K pink gold (916/1000) winding rotor enhances the visual appeal.

The new Ultra Thin Moon in 18K pink gold is an elegant and timeless 36mm dress watch, seamlessly uniting refined aesthetic proportions with high-performance in-house mechanical excellence.
